What we do

Repairs, re-roofs, flat roofs, chimneys and lead. One in-house team, photographed start to finish, priced in writing.

Every job is done by our own fully insured team — no subcontractors you've never met. We survey with a drone, price it in writing, and photograph the work before, during and after. We're not the cheapest. The homeowners who call us aren't looking for the cheapest.

01

New Roofs & Re-Roofs

A pitched roof replacement is one of the biggest jobs a house ever has. We strip it back to the rafters, fix what's underneath, and rebuild it properly — new membrane, new battens, new slate or tile, fresh leadwork and a dry ridge. You see the survey footage before you commit, and you get before and after photos when we're done. We're not the cheapest. The people who call us aren't looking for the cheapest.

Flat Roofing

If your flat roof is bubbling, ponding or letting water in, the felt has done its time. We strip it back and replace it with EPDM rubber, fibreglass or Lava 20 — chosen to suit the roof, not the price list. Most we do in one or two days, sealed in a single continuous skin with no seams to fail. Every job gets before-and-after photos and a workmanship guarantee.

Roof Repairs

Most roof repairs fail because nobody found the real fault. A leak shows up in the bedroom; the actual gap is three metres away. We drone-survey the roof first, find where water is actually getting in, and fix that. Slipped slates re-bedded, lead flashings re-dressed, storm damage made watertight. Before-and-after photos on every job, and a workmanship guarantee on the work.

Drone Roof Surveys

A drone survey is a full aerial inspection of your roof — every slope, every flashing, every ridge tile — photographed in close detail. You get the photos. We quote off what the survey shows, not what we guess from the ground. No scaffold goes up, nobody climbs your roof to take a look, and the quote you get back is built on evidence you can hold in your hand.

Dry Ridge & Dry Verge

Mortar bedding fails. It cracks in frost, lets go in wind, and washes out over twenty years until a ridge tile is sitting on nothing. A dry system mechanically fixes every ridge and verge tile with screws, clamps and a ventilated roll — no mortar to fail. It's current best practice and what we fit as standard on re-roofs across Cheshire and South Manchester.

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering

Fascias, soffits and guttering are the finish at the bottom edge of your roof — and the first line of defence for the rafter ends behind them. We strip the old timber or capped boards back, check what's underneath, and replace in uPVC with the ventilation building regs now ask for. Every job gets before and after photos. Backed by a workmanship guarantee.

Heritage & Bespoke Roofing

Some roofs aren't a like-for-like swap. Natural slate, listed-building consent, hand-cut valleys, leadwork that has to last decades. We take on the roofs other firms quote high to avoid, and we photograph every stage so you can see it was done right.

Storm Damage Repair

After a storm you've got two jobs: stop the damage getting worse, and prove what happened so the claim goes through. We do both. Make-safe the same day if it's urgent, a drone survey that hands your insurer dated photos of every slipped tile and stripped ridge, then a repair done once, properly.

Tile & Slate Repairs

A few slipped slates or cracked tiles don't need a new roof — they need a repair done properly, with matched materials, so you can't see where the old stops and the new starts. We survey first, fix the cause, and photograph the lot before and after.

Chimneys & Lead Work

Most chimney leaks come down to the lead. Mortar fillets crack, cheap flashing lifts, and water tracks down the stack into your ceilings. Our lead is dressed by hand and welded at the joints, so it moves with the brickwork instead of splitting away from it.
