Three generations on Cheshire roofs

We've been roofing in Cheshire for three generations. The trade got handed down — and so did the rule that goes with it: do it once, do it right, and leave proof you did.

We're based on Lewin Street in Middlewich. The grandfather started it, the father built it up, and it's run the same way now as it was then — by people whose name is on the work. That's not a story for a website. It's why a roof we finish gets done the way it would be done on our own house.

Our own team, every job

We don't subcontract. The team that turns up is our team — in-house and fully insured. You won't meet a crew of strangers a price was sold on to. The people who quote the job are the people who do it, and the people who do it are the people you'll see again if you ever need us.

A certified lead welder on the books

Lead work is where cheap roofing gives itself away — bad flashing, lapped lead, chimneys that leak a year later. We've a certified lead welder, trained at the Master Roofers Academy, so the lead on your roof is welded and dressed properly, not bodged with sealant. We're Firestone-trained on flat roofing, and we've completed 15+ Lava 20 roofs.

Photographed before and after — every time

On every job we photograph the roof before we start, while we're up there, and when it's finished — including the parts under the slate you'd never normally see. You get to see what was actually wrong and what we actually did. No "trust me, it's fine." Proof you can hold.

A guarantee in writing

Every roof we finish comes with a guarantee in writing — 20 years on a new roof, a workmanship guarantee on every repair — not a verbal promise that leaves with the van. If something's not right, you've got it on paper.

Not the cheapest. On purpose.

We'll say it plainly: we're not the cheapest roofer in Cheshire, and we don't try to be. The homeowners who call us aren't looking for the cheapest. They're looking for it done once, done right, with no surprises and no second visit to fix the first one. That's what we sell, and that's what we charge for.
